In this product I have 40 A4 phonics cards ready to print, laminate and put on a wall for display. These cards are great for teaching phonics and assist with spelling and writing in the classroom.

Money board game

$$ MONEY GAME $$

This is a fun money game that can be played in pairs, groups or as a whole class. Students roll some dice and add up the amount of money they earn along the way!

The winner of this game isn’t necessary the person who gets to the end of the game first!

Students can record how much money they earn and later form a number line from least amount to highest amount.

Guess my number

Guess my number game

This PowerPoint Maths game allows the player to sit in front of the smart TV or interactive whiteboard to guess their number. Other students can help by saying higher or lower.

Alternatively you can print and laminate the cards and have multiple people at the front just like in celebrity heads or as this one is known- celebrity numbers!

Place Value Game

PLACE VALUE NUMBER GAME

This is a fun, interactive Maths warm up game called Code Cracker.

How it works?

The teacher or student comes up with a five digit number and writes it down.

The rest of the group use whiteboards and draw three lines so that they can have three guesses.

The teacher asks a student to make a guess and then fills in their numbers chosen.

If the number is in the right place it gets a tick. If it is in the wrong place but still in the five digit number it is given an asterisk and if it is not in the combination it is given a cross. Students will enjoy this game and will often be able to ‘Crack the Code’ by the third guess.

*Important rule- You can not use a number more than once in the five digit code

eg- 54398 is ok but 54598 is not because it has 5 twice.

Australian money game

Australian Money Maths Game

This game is perfect for a smart TV or interactive whiteboard.

How the game works?

Students are place into two groups- one yellow team and one pink team. Students stand with their back to the screen and when the teacher says ‘turn’ they need to call out how much money they can see on the screen. The winning person goes to the back of their line. Continue playing until only one player remains and that is the winning team!

There are some cards in the game that can bring players back, knock out other players etc.

You can print them out to make memory cards
